Pathology Support Technician, Per Diem, MMC
Job Description Under supervision of the Laboratory Supervisor, the pathology support tech ensures proper preparation, handling, labeling, and transport of specimens, maintains equipment and inventory; and assists Pathologists with diagnostic procedures such as frozen sections. Upholds accuracy, safety, and compliance with medical, ethical, and legal standards. Specimen Handling and Accessioning: Receives, documents, and labels pathology specimens.
