Golisano Childrens Hospital - Lee Health is seeking a Pediatric Cardiologist!

Located near the beaches of Southwest Florida is Golisano Children's Hospital, Lee Health, a state-of-the-art pediatric facility that delivers vital and lifesaving care for children and their families throughout the region. The 135-bed regional hospital cares for children across five counties and is the only childrens hospital between Tampa and Miami. Golisano provides a variety of specialized services for our communitys children ranging from emergency care to behavioral health, surgery to critical care, orthopedics, cancer treatment, cardiology, and more. Golisano also features a 36-bed medical/surgical unit,16-bed PICU, and a 70-bed NICU with 24-hour neonatology coverage.

Lee Health, a private nonprofit, comprises 16,000 employees, 4,500 volunteers, and more than 1,100 employed primary care and specialty providers with over 100 practice locations throughout Southwest Florida. Lee Health houses four acute care hospitals, a childrens hospital, and a rehabilitation hospital.

Position Information:

LPG Pediatric Cardiology is seeking a full-time BC/BE Pediatric Cardiologist to join their busy practice. Qualified candidates will have completed a general pediatric residency and be fellowship trained in pediatric cardiology. The practice currently includes 4 physicians/1 APP and has outpatient clinics in Fort Myers with two satellite clinics in Naples and Port Charlotte. Call coverage is 1:4. Ideal candidates will have interest in performing non-invasive ambulatory and inpatient pediatric cardiology, echocardiography, EKG, Holter monitors, event monitors and stress testing.

Golisano Childrens Hospital has been named Top Childrens Hospital by The Leapfrog Group four times. Golisano is home to Southwest Floridas only state-designated Regional Perinatal Intensive Care Center and is a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
