Missouri Baptist Medical Center (MBMC) is now hiring a skilled/experienced Part-Time Lab Associate III for our Processing and Customer Service departments on Evening Shift.
***$500 Sign-on Bonus!!!
Position Details:
- Shift: Afternoon / Evening (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM), 3 days a week with rotating weekends and holidays
- General Lab Processing & Customer Service Dept (Send-outs)
- In-Office position (non-remote)
- Lab Pre-Analytic Departments
- Specimen processing, customer service, Send-out testing
- NO Phlebotomy
Experience:
- Strong Lab experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Call Center and/or phone customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities, especially in a call center or phone environment.
- Proficient in various computer systems and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting
