The incumbent functions as the Primary Care-Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) Coordinator and a Clinical Social Worker at the VA Loma Linda Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) in the Integrated Mental Health in Primary Care Program. The program coordinator may be the sole practitioner in this specialty at the facility and typically provide direct patient care services in the program area.
