• Salary: $365,310 to $415,170 (0.9FTE)

Required Qualifications/Key Responsibilities:

• Provide interventional pain management for the full spectrum of invasive procedures to treat chronic pain in the outpatient setting
• Responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with chronic pain
• Practice is fully based in the outpatient interventional care arena, with very little medical work involved
• Provider will see, consults, follow up visits in clinic and perform procedures in our interventional care unit
• Doctor of the day and outpatient call coverage are expected
• Anesthesia practitioners will have completed - or in process of completing a Fellowship in Pain Medicine with training in Interventional Pain Management
• 2-5 years of experience in interventional pain medicine post fellowship is preferred
