The Customer Experience Manager is a Customer Service Program Coordinator whose primary responsibilities are to provide responsible for the implementation and integration of the medical center customer service and Employee Engagement programs. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
