Provides direct patient care to rehabilitation patients in both the acute and outpatient setting
Functions appropriately as part of a care delivery team through efficient use of resources and skills, both their own and those of other providers and staff
Charts in electronic format in accordance with licensure and scope
Actively participates in multidisciplinary team approach to case management
Quality improvement utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes or workflows
This position requires a Medical Doctorate degree (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) or foreign equivalent from an approved school of medicine.
Must be fellowship trained or board certified in Spinal Cord Injury Medicine in addition to completed a residency within Physical Medicine and Rehab from an accredited program.
Must have demonstrated experience in rehabilitation medicine and a focus on spinal cord injury.
Licensure and Certification
Must have current or obtain by time of start date, unrestricted Minnesota State Medical Licensure
Must be board certified or be eligible for board certification within designated specialty
Must obtain board certification in spinal cord injury within a reasonable time frame of start date
