The Pediatric Palliative Care Program provides inpatient and outpatient consultation to our Cleveland Children’s Hospital Main Campus. The Department of Pediatric Hospital Medicine has a team which provides care for newborns and inpatient pediatric patients across the Northeast Ohio area. The team provides care in 4 regional hospitals including Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital for Rehabilitation. The Department of Pediatric Hospital Medicine/ Pediatric Palliative Medicine is a cornerstone of pediatric Postgraduate training, providing education for an established APA accredited Pediatric Hospital Medicine fellowship, pediatric residents and medical students. An interest and/or experience in clinical and/or transitional research would be a plus in any candidate applying for a position.
Board certification and eligibility in Pediatrics, Hospice and Palliative Medicine, and eligibility for medical licensure in Ohio are required. Faculty appointment at a rank commensurate with academic accomplishments is available at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University.
