The Director of Digital Consumer Engagement (The "Director") is responsible for external publics by leading all digital marketing and communications efforts including, but not limited to, directing and implementing CHRISTUS Health's web strategy and serving as web administrator for all CHRISTUS web properties both internal and external facing websites. Responsible for marketing and maintenance of over 20 CHRISTUS owned or affiliated websites, directing strategy and content for the patient and Associate user experience. Specifically, the Director will lead all digital strategies for internal and external audiences that support and align with business objectives per Compass 2020. The end result of these strategies will be a measurable increase in profitable volume and patient acquisition externally and efficiency gains internally the Director will also manage the Manager of Digital Engagement. The Director implements and manages systems and procedures to assure high quality digital products and services that meet CHRISTUS Health strategies. The Director takes primary responsibility for patient engagement across all channels. Under the direction of the Vice President of Strategic Marketing, the Director manages the coordination of internal and external system campaigns and promotional plans, oversees day-to-day operations, and implements Web-based marketing strategies and tactics. These projects may include the production of system publications, communications campaigns, promotional pieces and other collateral materials. Travel requirements: roughly 30% of job, as needed.
The Director will be in a position to interface daily with various stakeholders and constituents, including senior leadership at the system and ministry level, board members, Communications Council, Information Management and the general public. The Director will provide daily supervision and guidance for the Manager of Digital Experience with his or her interfacing with members of the Communications Council and leadership as need for web-related projects and content management. The Director will be privy to and responsible for confidential corporate information, including strategic plans, financial information, risk management situations and patient information.
