The technician assumes responsibility and accountability for the preparation, distribution, and control of sterile and non-sterile supplies, implants and instrumentation, and equipment utilized in surgical services.
Prior proven experience and expertise in aseptic technique relating to decontamination and sterilization preferred. One year operating room experience strongly preferred.
Certification in the field of Central Services required.
